Instant Refund for Unwanted Items

If you are dissatisfied with any product delivered through our App, for any reason whatsoever, simply let us know at the time of delivery. Our friendly delivery personnel will promptly process an instant refund for the unwanted item(s) right on the spot. We believe in making the refund process quick and seamless, so you don’t have to worry about unwanted purchases.

How It Works:

1. Identify Unwanted Items: Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items to ensure they meet your expectations. If you come across any products that you do not wish to keep, inform our delivery personnel immediately.

2. Instant Refund: Our delivery personnel will verify the condition of the unwanted item(s) and process an instant refund to your original payment method. You will receive an email or notification confirming the refund transaction.

3. No Questions Asked: We respect your choice, and there is no need to provide any explanation for the return. We understand that taste preferences and other factors vary, and we want you to feel comfortable shopping with us.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Time of Delivery: The “Don’t Like It, Don’t Take It” refund policy applies only at the time of delivery. Once you accept the delivery and the delivery personnel leave the premises, this refund option is no longer available.

2. Unopened and Unused: To be eligible for an instant refund, the unwanted item(s) must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition and packaging.

3. Perishable Items: Due to the nature of some perishable products, such as fresh produce, we are unable to process refunds once these items leave the delivery location. However, if you are not satisfied with the quality of perishable items, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

4. Non-Refundable Items: Some items, such as gift cards and certain non-perishable products, may not be eligible for an instant refund. These exceptions will be clearly communicated during the checkout process.

5. Abuse of Policy: We reserve the right to decline refunds or suspend accounts if we suspect abuse of this policy or any fraudulent activity.
